What About Your Rage?

I’m just off the phone with the mother of a double Libra boy, with Mars in Capricorn.  He has a 3 degree Leo rising so he’s been caught in the Mars Pluto opposition that has been sustained for six months! 

Apparently he’s a future, Prom King, as he’s winning hearts and minds in his new elementary school, and boasting about it.  But he’s also coming home and being a jerk to his mother.

When she tells him not to do what he’s doing, it’s essentially, “You’re not the boss of me!”   He pushes her harder. Mars in Leo is squaring his Venus in Scorpio.

I suggested, rather than tell him what he can and can’t do, she ask him, why, if he’s so happy at school and his life is great an all – why does he come home and be mean to his mother?  This is not to be a pressured question, but more of a query or a curiosity.  Let him figure it out!  Chances are, if he thinks about it, he’ll check himself as his butt is showing in this regard.  What kind of Prom King bullies their mother?

Transits like this will trigger natal situations. I’m happy to say, I’ve kept my cool during this period, mostly due to the actions of others!  It’s because I have Mars in Libra.  I saw so many people… friends, family, clients and strangers go off, it caused me to pull my horns in. I know some people who have raged, daily, throughout this entire period… when it’s not their usual way.

I don’t mean this in a critical way.  Mars Pluto triggers! But now, as it’s breaking up, you may want to consider the level of your rage, the reason for it, and the way direct it. It seems a good time to consider this, because your raging will have consequences, with Saturn in Aries.
